Back in the Ravelry rabbit hole and some of the patterns I would love to knit are so out of reach right now (skill wise)!

Very enjoyable read. The writing style is not the easiest to digest (esp after a long hiatus from the genre). However I feel like my vocabulary has expanded immensely by the end. Highly recommend! Brother Cadfael reminds me of P.F. Ford’s Norm.
A meadow underwater. How absolutely stunning. So glad I looked.

How many more days until picking?
Pretty sure this is not Seaton’s J’adore.

Prequel to the West Wales series that focuses on Southall. Which means no Norm. Which means nothing endearing. The ending felt rushed. If not for Polly, this would have been 2/5.
I really didn’t need another dozen tulips to plant… and yet here I am.

I must admit I’m only reading this because of my recent rose bush acquisition (a DA named Brother Cadfael). I hope it’s good!

I’ve heard so much about this book and expected too much. Still a great read but has not made it to the favourites list.

For the genre (cosy mystery!), it’s a great read! Can’t help but like Norm. He reminds me of my favourite mentor, Carlos.
